Sustainable Food and Hospitality at the Farmers Club, Thursday, 9th June 2022

Special Thanks:

With over 40 people attending, we were humbled to receive so much interests from our members and the public, including students from Le Cordon Bleu London, restaurant owners, chefs, agriculturists, entrepreneurs, food journalists, and representatives of Morrisons and many other organisations working in the food, drink and hospitality sectors etc.

The topics discussed are:

  • How do you think the industry is tackling sustainability issues generally? For example, do you think it is on the right track?

  • What more do you think we can do to drive sustainability in the industry?

Special thanks go to our panellists, Adam White Head of Agriculture from BarclaysColin Westal Cuisine chef from Le Cordon Bleu London and Gareth Batty MBE FRSA from FareShare Yorkshire who share their insights on the sustainability issues in the food and hospitality industry.
